TachieCore Plugin - RPG Maker MV/MZ

This plugin allows you to display multi-layered character portraits with various expressions and outfit variations. It also supports complex image animations, including sprite animations and frame-based animations.

How to Use

⚠️ Note: This plugin cannot be used alone and must be used with a portrait display plugin or a scene dialogue plugin. (The accompanying plugin: Hakubox_ActorTachie is included in the zip file.)

• Use with Hakubox_ActorTachie – Displays character portraits in maps or other scenes.
• Third-party Plugin Support – Use new TachieCore(parent) to create a portrait core object. When used with Hakubox_ActorTachie, it enables auto-transparency on interaction.
• Use with Hakubox_Skit – Enables various dynamic portrait effects such as breathing, shaking, jumping, rotating, and color adjustments.

Configuration

1. Set the Default Image Path, starting with "img/".
2. Configure the following parameters:
   • Default Animation Frame Delay
   • CG Frame Update Interval
   • Portrait Refresh Interval
3. Add new tags in the tag list (Tags 1-8 can be used).
4. Configured tags can be used in other plugins (Hakubox_ActorTachie, Hakubox_Skit, etc.).
