Utils Plugin — RPG Maker MV/MZ

This is a RPG Maker MV/MZ plugin that will let you perform your initialization settings more efficiently:

1. Initialize variables & switches - Set the initial state  in the plugin when the game starts for variables and switches.

2.Cache a list of images - Preload images at game beginning  to increase image loading speed during the game.

3. Adjust the default volume for BGM/BGS/ME/SE

4. Adjust the style of the title screen menu

5. Draw images at any angle and return a Sprite object
